Tina Goodman is co-founder and majority owner of WENO Exchange LLC .   With a vision for revolutionizing healthcare communication, Goodman founded Weno Healthcare  Inc. in 2006, and Weno Exchange in 2011.  In 2014, Weno Healthcare and Weno Exchange merged with Weno Exchange LLC as the surviving entity.  Weno Healthcare was the first secure messaging system (Weno Mail)  and was used primarily for post acute discharges for HCA Hospitals in the San Antonio, TX and New Orleans, LA areas.  Wenohealthcare.com is owned and operated by Weno Exchange LLC.

Gene Morris has been the Vice-President of Sales for WENO since 2006. Gene has over 25 years of experience as an award-winning salesman. His primary role in WENO Exchange is the development of pharmacy stand-alone accounts in addition to support for WENO's existing accounts. He has been married for 31 years and has 4 children and 7 grandchildren. He and his wife Laurie reside in Castroville, Texas.

Melissa is the Director of Marketing for WENO Exchange.  She has a BA in history from the University of Texas at San Antonio where she specialized in the history of American iconography, branding, and advertising.  Melissa has experience in various management roles in healthcare, finance, and education.  Melissa specializes in digital marketing, web design, and content strategy.  

Ryan is the certification manager for WENO.  His primary role is to oversee new account certification and training.  Ryan has experience in healthcare sales and marketing in addition to online product development and content marketing.  He currently resides in Houston, Texas.

Kevin Pauley assists with day-to-day operations.   Kevin has diverse  business experience including business administration, HR, compliance and sales.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Concordia University in 2013. Pauley resides in Austin, Texas with wife Sydney, and two daughters: Dakota and Sunny.
